  • Discovery & Pre-Planning

    1-2 days

    During this phase, we will review the artifacts and context provided. Depending on the client, we may explore: architecture over, productivity metrics, team structures and skills, defect counts, technical issues, and more. We will begin planning the engagement and confirm dates for interviews and reviews.

  • Compare with Best Practices

    1-2 Days

    We will prepare our preliminary set of findings using the key artifact review, interviews, and workshops to compare against Veriday’s best practices. In this phase, our experts will assess:

    • People and Skillsets
    • Processes and Methods
    • Technical Considerations
    • Key metrics
    • Structure & Roles

  • Stakeholder Interviews

    1-2 days

    Our experts will interview key personnel (both internal and vendors) in an open dialogue in order to inform our findings and recommendations. We through this process we will uncover findings to inform our planning or direct us to new areas of exploration to find the root cause.

  • Final Report

    1 day

    Veriday will prepare a final report which includes change actions and key communications using the insights gathered throughout the engagement. Our experts will then present the final report to the key stakeholders to ensure common understanding of recommendations and proposals for change.

  • Deep Dive Review

    5 days

    Our experts will work with you to collect all the necessary artifacts, data, and information to be able to conduct an in-depth analysis of your current and projected situation. Our consultants have extensive analysis experience to under cover the important facts and any auxiliary data.

  • Stakeholder Interviews

    1-2 Weeks

    Once Veriday has reviewed the provided materials, we will coordinate a series of interviews with key stakeholders, internally and externally. In this open setting, our experts look to inform findings and expand into other areas of explorations.

  • Compare Against Best Practices & Interim Review

    3-5 Days

    As a Platinum Liferay Partner, our Veriday experts will compare the key artifact review, interviews, and workshops to compare against best practices to establish an initial set of findings. In this phase, our experts will assess:

    Based on sponsor and stakeholder feedback, we will do further analysis and interviews to refine findings and recommendations with a cohesive change plan proposed in the final report.

    5-7 Days

    We will be conducting a deeper analysis with further follow-up and interviews. We aim to add more details, confirm our understanding, bring in additional insights, and test recommendations. The objective is to add more details to the change plan in the final report.

  • Final Report

    3-5 days

    Preparation of the final report including change actions and communications, using the key artifact review, interviews, and workshops with a comparison against Veriday’s best practices. We will be reviewing the final report with key project sponsors or stakeholders to ensure common understanding of recommendations and proposals for change.
